“Young Bloods” (Don’t Quit)

Is imagination enough for you?

Don’t you have the desire to fulfil it?

Do you think that even if you try, you can’t?

Do you feel like you can’t succeed without education?

Don’t know how to get rid of hunger?

Do you feel like you’d rather die than exist?

Do they chase you everywhere you go?

Go ahead,

Who is there to stop you?

If a lion is hungry, how can he satisfy himself by hunting?

Similarly,

Roar and advance like a lion,

Even if there is an interruption,

Even if you stumble,

Even if darkness engulfs you,

Even if the illusion beckons you,

Even If your distracted by genders,

Even if those around you complain about you,

Though weakness approaches thee,

As long as thy breath is with thee,

Until the heart stops beating,

Till you close your eyes forever,

Till they bind thy feet,

Until they lay you on a six-foot refrigerated mattress,

Until others see you in a glass case and cry,

Till they adorn the final vehicle for you,

They bathe you in new clothes and up,

While you are in deep sleep,

Till they explode for your last journey,

Till they dig holes to bury you,

Till at last they lay you in a coffin,

Till they pour perfume on you,

The perfume you love,

Until those close to you sprinkle salt and sandalwood on you,

One by one,

Until you are buried,

Don’t give up on your efforts,

To reach your goal.

“Will try until we die, and when we die,

will die with the relief of having tried.”

“Poverty”

Accept your past which happened to you,

Accept your present what happening right now,

Accept your future too,

Accept your loss,

Accept your mistakes,

Accept your weakness,

Don’t you have new clothes to wear on a good day?

Accept, wear what you have,

Can’t go to school to study?

Accept, be supportive of parents,

Till you pass this situation,

Even you passed, be sure

Hope you not forget your parents,

Isn’t there a good house to sleep in?

When it rains, does the rain pour into the house?

Accept it, the experience of this will belong to you.

I ran away by my own strength,

But could not run,

I walked with strength of mind,

Could not balance,

Carried by the strength of my shoulders,

Couldn’t bear,

I crossed with my foot,

Couldn’t pass,

By my strength I lifted up,

Can’t fathom,

I tried to create with my money power,

Could not create,

I tried to achieve with my word strength,

Unable to achieve,

Accept it, you just can’t do it today.

Tomorrow?

Day after tomorrow?

A few months later?

A few years later?

‘No one can predict whether tomorrow will be like today.’
