What Makes a Submission Stand Out?
Pieces that fit our theme - Before submitting to Cosmic Daffodil Journal, make sure your work fits our current submission call.
Take risks - Push the envelope. Step out of the box and conquer the unknown.
Creativity & beyond - How can you take an old idea and refresh it in new ways? Find new perspectives to explore.
Have an Editor’s Mind - Keep in mind your formatting: Is the piece too long? Is the spacing too erratic? Check your piece for mechanical errors: Is the spelling, grammar, and punctuation correct? Are the tenses consistent throughout? Be mindful of word count: does your piece fall within the parameters? Is it too short, or too long?
